MINIMUM ORDER

We have a minimum order for mailorder of just £5, however there is no minimum order value for orders that are collected.

COLLECTION OF AN ORDER

Collection by arrangement please email your order first so we can confirm the order and arrange a collection date. No minimum order value applies for orders that are collected.

PAYMENT

Payment can only be made via paypal for mailorder purchases, this is a secure way of paying. Collected orders can be paid for with cash.

DELIVERY

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability. Most items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, however if your order value is greater than £20 it will be sent by Royal Mail recorded Delivery which requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control

POSTAGE & PACKING
For mainland Great Britain - England, Scotland and Wales Postage and packing is FREE
For all other EU destinations £6.00.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange unwanted items, simply follow the proceedure below for returns and remember to include a list of what you'd like instead of the items that you're returning. Please remember to include a day time contact number as we may need to contact you. Return postage is at your expense. Please obtain proof of postage if your parcel goes missing in the post we will be unable to process an exchange or return without it.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from The Sussex Bead Shop. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund, return postage is at your own expense. 

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be reported to us by emai within three days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Current EU Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.
